A Typical Day in Training:
- 6:30 am – 9:30 am: Sadhana (Practice & Intention Setting)
- 9:30 am – 10:30 am: Breakfast & Connection
- 10:30 am – 1:30 pm: Theory & Practice — Anatomy, Philosophy, Alignment
- 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Lunch & Rest
- 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Teaching Labs, Sequencing, & Practicum
- 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm: Dinner & Reflection
(Days off: Saturday afternoons & Sundays for exploration, jungle treks, and island excursions)

I’m Bari Levin, a Kripalu-certified, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher since 1991 with over 30 years of practice. My journey took me deep into the Costa Rican rainforest, where I overcame despair, anxiety, and low self-esteem. In 1998, I created Devaya Yoga—a transformative fusion of color, sound, and movement that awakens the inner self. Since 2012, I’ve trained over 500 students worldwide, witnessing powerful transformations.
